That’s some good bread.

I have recently fallen in love with Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Low-Sodium Bread. This is the most satisfying and nutritious variety of bread I have ever tried and I absolutely love it. Definitely recommend! πŸ™‚

Serving Size: One slice.
Calories: 80
Fat: 0.5 gram
Carbs: 15 grams
Protein: 4 grams
Fiber: 3 grams
Sodium: 0 milligrams

Tastefully Speaking:Β 
I am extremely picky about my bread and even more picky about what ‘health-foods’ I consider to actually be edible. (Anyone remember my experience with spirulina chips? Never. Again!) But this fantastic little product managed to fall right into my good graces and has earned itself a permanent spot in my refrigerator. If you’ve been looking for a way to enjoy bread again, this is it.
